This time is reserved for walking through your ceremony, practicing the processional and recessional, and making sure everyone knows where they need to be.
Please note: This is not a rehearsal dinner.

This allows you and your guests to celebrate comfortably without having to worry about unexpected weather disrupting your day.
Do you offer DIY weddings?
No. We’ve seen firsthand how stressful DIY weddings can become, and creating a relaxed, enjoyable experience for our couples is incredibly important to us.
Our package is intentionally designed to take care of many of the details that can make wedding days overwhelming, allowing you to spend less time working and more time celebrating.
We want you to leave your wedding remembering the moments not being exhausted everything you had to set up!
Do you have a bridal and groom’s suite to get ready in?
Yes! You get full access to both our Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite.
They’re yours to use for getting ready, relaxing, and hanging out with your wedding party before the celebration begins!
Do we need event insurance?
Yes. Event insurance is required for weddings at The Vivacious Grove.
Don’t worry we’ll provide you with all the information you need, including the coverage requirements and how to obtain your policy.
Our goal is to make this part of the planning process as simple as possible!
